Install backstop in my Jem

Hello everybody???
i am soon buying a backstop and i just wonder how to install it. i have seen the manual but i donīt get it. maybe iīm just dumb but do you have any tip how to do it... step 1 to step 10

Must i cut something in the guitar??? or is it enough with the screws???

no need to cut anything, just screw it on the body with a couple short screws. of course place it so that it won't touch the trem springs.

how is the backstop different from the other products similar to it like tremo-no and others?

Depending on your guitar you MAY need to route for the backstop as the stepped cavity may not be long enough to accomodate it.

The backstop is a bit different from products like the tremol-no as it does not STOP your trem(unless you put a lot of tension against the trem and also put a lot of spring tension). It's more of a trem-stabilizer than anything.
