It's Finally Complete!!!

For the most part anyway. :-) I still have to paint the trem and jack covers. But other than that... IT'S DONE!!!! WOOOHOO!!!! :-)
Here's a few pictures of it. :-)

There's something totally sexy about 7 strings on a maple fretboard. DRIVES ME WILD!!!!
Gotta thank Jeremy for the awesome work done on the neck. The pictures don't do it justice! Thanks Jer!! :-)
The fretboard is already dirty! I've been playing the hell out of it! haha
I feel kinda sad now that it's finished. :-( It was a blast seeing this project evolve.
Anyways, hope everyone likes it.

Alden

Sweet. The DY finish almost doesn't do justice to those beautiful abalone inlays. Almost.

Sweet guitar, man! Very unique. You and Jeremy will have to get a group shot with your UV777DY and his UV777SK.

I can get this since Alden's to busy playing with his instrument LOL!!!

It was originally a UV7BK black and green. I pulled the rosewood fretboard off, and built a new maple board, and put the pyramids in. I also sprayed the headstock and put the logo's back on. Alden cut the grip and sprayed the yellow on the body.

It looks amazing dude, I love the neck, I love the whole thing, makes me wanna build one too LOL!!!!!!!!

Whoa... that is just awesome,,, man I had to take a double take! Beautiful man! Sooo where did you get the old school pick ups in red? Or did you paint the originals?

Sooo you restore eh? As I had mentioned in an earlier thread I'm concerned about taking off 5 layers of paint from my UV777GR ( don't want to chance losing the tone ) However, the maple neck is in need of new frets, and I wouldn't be opposed to having it refinished and maybe have the original inlays replaced with bright happy new ones.
