Re: I've finally found a use for the monkey grip

My god how bored must you have been when you found that out? Way too much free time, lol. Will come in handy over Chrimbo though I must admit. Although if the sprouts were cooked, all of the slight soggy-ness would be going all over the Jem - which would look very nasty on that 7VWH.

Whereas on the BSB.........you might get away with the green soggy-ness! lol

I also found that it is useful as a stencil for Mario's mustache.

Speaking of Mario...

It's a perfect fit

Are you saying you actually don't use the Grip?? I started a thread on the functionality of the grip a week or so back, lol.

And ...a......you do have far too much time on your hands Dave

If you hold the guitar by the headstock, it becomes a handy long-distance Ferrero Roche offering device. Never leave the sofa all night!!

I was thinking the title of this thread should be "I've Finally found a use for sprouts"...nasty things.

Do sprouts sound better in alder or basswood?

If ever you decide to sell that guitar (or any other Jem I guess) make sure to put some sprouts in the handle before you send it. When the case gets opened the buyer will be like "WTF?!"
