Jem 10 Case Question

I am considering selling my Jem10 and one prospective buyer is unaware that the case that I have is the official case (presumably thinks the silver tweed case is the only official case). I have the European Anniversary case which looks like a SKB case but has a silver plaque on the case in between the handle. I remember reading a post a long time ago (1.5 year+) about why there were variants with the anniversary cases. Does anyone either know where this is located (I don't think it was a forum post but rather on one of the info pages) or know why there are different cases? Obviously I tried the search option but to no avail...

The US will not use the Chinese made cases and order their own for virtually every special or limited edition they import.

How many US model cases were made for the Jem10 in comparison to the non US ones?

I think it's says 210 in the notes section, but I don't think anybody positively knows if that Hoshino USA imports or includes Chesbro imports.

I've owned 2 - still have one- and both came in black "Euro" anniversary cases as you describe James. Feel free to refer your potential buyer to me via email or PM if he/she wants more info. Ross

ohh thats to fare...one is enough but 2.....yammmmmmm
