Gee, that's a little overboard, they are $1987 list here and selling for that much in most places. I'm getting a RFR from my local at this price. If you are interested they had a black one on display still for sale late last week.

What I DO find interesting is that they all sold out in a matter of seconds - same as the PRS Private Stock 10th Anniversary model, which I would imagine would be a LOT more than $10K AUD - our main Sydney dealer got two of them, and as far as I am aware they didn't even make it to the showroom floor! There's plenty of Aussies out there willing to shell out major sums of money on gear!

Fly to the US with a beat up empty case, get one here, mail home the empty new case and fly home with your Jem 20 in the old case. Just tell them it's 10years old or something when you get to customs, how could they possibly know different?

I only have room for two and the 20th woudl but me over the luggage allowance.... on my scales they weight approximately 4tonnes!!! lol

Your DNA looks awesome, but it's not the one I saw. The one I saw was in a shop here in Adelaide. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name of the shop here, but lets just say that it's the "Centre" of all "Ibanez" shops in Adelaide, particually in Brighton

Ur house has a foyer wish mine did:P and yeah i no the price is redicolius for a RG550, I ended up getting my grabby hands on an SAS.

Mate, List at Jacksons was $35k!!!! Mind boggling.... even if the buyers got a 'decent' discount that is huge!!!!
