Hi All,
My beautiful JEM 77FP (97 model, Signed by Steve Vai) had a nasty fall to the floor and now has a crack just below the back of the headstock and to the locknut bolts.
I've been told by a local dealer here in Cairns, Australia that I can no longer buy a replacement neck from Ibanez for this model.
I find it pretty hard to believe that I can no longer legitimately buy a replacement anymore and understand Ibanez's policy in returning the faulty neck or identifying it's damage legitimacy and am willing to fully comply with this.
Does anyone know if this is really the case?... and if not, a good source to purchase a legitimate neck for this unique model of JEM?
Appreciate any help.
Cheers,
Dylan Nelsson
