Can I order this from a local dealer (I live in Singapore), or do I need a guy like Rich to help me get one?

you can generally order it from some of the larger stores like Guitar Center etc. Just find out how much they want to charge you and make sure you ask about shipping.

I don't know how much the shipping cost and tax will be.

I don't have any. Was planning on orderring next order but I have no idea if Chesbro has any. HUSA would most likely so orderring through one of their dealers would probably make more sense. Scott [vwall guitars] will do small orders like that. Matt's might also, I'm not sure.

Unknown. All parts prices went up when the recent price increase went into effect. I have no idea if the price shown is current until I get billed. List price determines cost, which determines what I get charged and what I eventually sell for
