Yea, you cant just post FRAUD alerts without a bit of Proof, seems like a genuine seller to me after looking thru 7 pages of ratings, not perfect, but he makes too much in gem thingies to waste it on a DNA fake auction imho

WTF are you guys looking at? It's the same jizzball that posts 100's of these con auctions a week using hacked accounts.

This doesn't strike you as just a bit fishy?!

Thanks Al,

This DNA was sold just a week ago on the US bay ( item 130292732288 ). Can't say if this guy is the buyer since no feedback was left for that transaction from the seller or from the buyer.

Re: JEM DNA - faked auction on *bay!

I am brand new to jemsite, and frankly have not had hours and hours to pour over all of the posts here about faked jems and uni's, so my question is, are most of them available in international auctions, or are they regularly here in the states as well? Would your average joe walk into Guitar Center (or the like) and find a fake hanging on the wall? Also, do the fakes actually say "made in Korea" or are they marked "made in Japan"?
Sorry to be long winded, but I had no idea the fakes were such a problem

This thread is about a fake auction, not fake guitar. Reference any of the number of threads about the fake guitars.

Re: JEM DNA - faked auction on *bay!

Yeah, people don't usually sell guitars for $1200 that just sold within the last few weeks for $5200. And if you can't see scam written ALL OVER the part Rich cut and pasted, then do NOT buy guitars over the internet, period.

Scam, that is my guitar that I sold to a fellow in the Netherlands last week for $5200. I haven't even shipped it out yet. I reported it to **** this morning when I saw my picture being used. Total scam. I have the guitar and will be shipping it out tomorrow. This guy aint the buyer.

Re: JEM DNA - faked auction on *bay!

It was bought by a dealer that, as I was told, wasn't aware the damage was as bad as it is.

Either way, you report these under the fraudulent listings and add the note "100+ con auctions listed on a hacked account" and they'll all be closed within the day. This one was in German so I couldn't figure out how to do it.
