Audi Folks!
Anyone happen to notice the durability of the DBK finish? I don't beat hard on any of my guitars but it seems that the "bumps" textured finish are small enough that the finish won't flex as easy as a finish layered over a wide area. It seems that the DBK's style of finish is a bit more rigid. That probably depends on the height and the amount of the texture. Obviously, a DBK with smaller, thinner, or even a more sparsely texture (more of the flat is present) that may be different. For those of you who may play out more fequently or expose your DBK's to more than I would, do you find this to be true for you, too?
