JEM neck profiles

I've got 3 JEMs now and an RG parts mutt with a maple RG550 neck.

In order of thickness, thinnest to thickest:
77FP
RG550
7VWH (ebony board)
JEM 20th

My 7VWH feels about the same as the neck that was on EVO for last year's Vai tour.

The 20th is substantially different than the 77FP.

How do some of the other JEMs compare? I've always wanted one of the 777's with pyramids but now I'm wondering if I'd like the neck. Does anyone have a neck profile comparison table?

there is a neck comparison table on this very site. Also you may be slightly crazy if you think the 77FP is thinner then a old rg550 with a old wizard

VWH
FP

as Jem necks have gotten thinner over time, the new ones are thinner, with two exceptions:

The early, rare, wizard Jems (VDY etc.) would be on par with the 550
The bubinga 3pc necks (DBK, HAM & DNA) are also very thin, somewhere between 550 and current necks.

Early FP and DY etc. necks are chunky when compared to anything post 1994 (AANJ)
Handfinishing will cause differences from one guitar to the next.
Lastly, the most recent necks are wider (58mm vs 56mm) this changes the feel considerably.

I haven't seen, let alone played a 20th but isn't the neck exactly the same as the 77BRMR/VBK and possibly the current VWH as well?

I'm not sure, I rarely get to see JEM's anymore (I live miles from any stores that actually stock them), but I think they're a bit chunky, going on what I've read about them. For example, a Jemsite member wrote (on the Ibanez forums):

I gotta say since I got my 550RFR my Jems don't seem all that special any more. Thats why I'm selling the FP, DY & SK I'm really lovin' the Wizard neck.

I've been playing my RFR so much the Jem neck feels fat and the guitar weighs a ton!
