Jem Pickup Questions (wiring,spacing,etc)

Ok I looked thru the forum and also the Jem/Universe section..

I was wondering a few things for a project im doing.

One is location of the pickups. Like how far from the bridge is the bridge pickup, middle, and neck.

Second is in the stock wiring is position 2 and 4 in phase and parallel or series?

Third would be the capacitor resistance. Some of the setup diagrams show one on the volume and tone, some show just on the tone.

Fourth is the pots value 500k for both, cause one diagram shows a 250k on the tone.

In 2 and 4 they are wired in series, out of phase.

Also the neck pickup is flipped 180 degrees so the "primary" coil is closer to the bridge.
