JEM777DY - Saw CC DeVille use one

I was watching VH1 the other day and i saw the Poison video Every Rose has Its Thron and CC Deville was using a JEM777DY. *I don't know how to take this. *Is it good, or bad? *I have to give him credit, the solo for the song was really tastfull, for an 80's powerballad. *But come on, its Poison! *I just thought it was interesting that he was using that guitar....

even though poison was a joke, CC really knew how to write some melodically catching songs. he has almost every jem there is. its a shame he was in poison, cuz if he was in another band, maybe the music wouldnt have been so bad.

Hey, remember Shotgun Messiah? Harry Kody used a JEM as well.

And Poison isn't that bad, I'm sure most of us played their songs, right? Wait, are we that old? LOL! I really liked the guitar work on the last album with Ritchie Kotzen, that was my reason for getting the album.

I was lucky enough to only exist for a little over half of that decade. * *Born in 1984. *Then I got sucked into early '90s things such as grunge, M.C. Hammer, Vanilla Ice, etc. *Luckily I now have taste. *lol

Warrant didn't play Ibanez. They played B.C. Rich. They definitely had some cool ones, like black/white ones that looked like they had diagonally split maple/ebony fretboards.

Warrant's 2 guitarist and bass player were Ibanez endorsers when the Cherry Pie album and tour hit. *This partnership continued until the band didn't release commerical music anymore. *And, C.C. has a least one of every Jem made. *He has said that they are his favorite guitars. *

I forgot, C.C. is a good song writer, but if you think it was Poison that drug down his playing/writing, you should here Samantha 7, C.C.'s project between Poison duties!!! *You might reconsider!

darren: they went from bc rich to ibanez (and then nowhere lol)
look at this: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...tem=1514409782.

i remember a white double neck, an rg with the 'dirty stinkin rich guy' and one with the face of the cherry pie girl.
PS: Rich: i didn't mean you!
