JEM7DBK vs. JEM7VWH - title typo edited

How does the DBK compare to the VWH? Does the alder on the VWH make that much of diference? Just general comparisons would be great.

JEMVBK vs. JEMVWH

Oh, i had hoped to se a custom VBK here, hehehe
In theory, the wood, pickups, neck radius, and finish type(including a thin layer of wood on the VWH) and ebony/rosewood fretboard are the only major things affecting the guitars differences here... *did i forget anything? That is quite a number of differences affecting both tone and playability, i would say that in theory, there is a big difference.

JEMVBK vs. JEMVWH

Yeah there are some differences. *The main one is that the VWH is flashy, bright and gaudy lookin, as where the DBK looks really cool * *The VWH is a great guitar and everything, but the style is just not for me. *

As far as the other aspects go, I also prefer the Breed pickups on the DBK vs the Evolutions on the VWH. *The neck is nicer on the VWH (jem style, ebony). *As far as the alder goes, I am not too sure. *I can say this though, If the Jem 10, Jem 90HAM, and the Jem 2DKNA are basswood, that cant be all that bad * *

They're very different guitars from the same line... Which is to say that - owning both - I'd be willing to give up neither *They play similarily enough that it's very comfortable to switch between the two, but they sound VERY different...
