jem7vwh neck roundedness

I do need some informations about JEM necks. I have a JEM 10th and I saw that a production standard white JEM from 1997 has a peculiar neck roundedness, not present on my jem 10th. Since I'm searching for an instrument with that kind of neck, I can buy any JEM white guitar after 1997 to find it? thanks
