jems with a mapel fret board???

hey guys,
i wanna get a jem one day but ive only seen them with rosewood and ebony fret boards, ebony fret boards are great but i want one with mapel, were they ever factory made with the mapel fret board?????

They sure were. I've got a 777DY with a maple board. You can pick up a player for not too much if you keep your eyes peeled.

Hey Pete,
Like eggy says, they made the 777DY (fluoro yellow), also the 777LNG (fluoro green), 777SK (fluoro pink), 77PMC (purple swirl), all with maple boards with pyramid inlays. They also made the 77BFP (blue floral) which had a cool blue vine on maple.
I'll send you some pics of the 777LNG replica that I'm building for myself. It will have a maple board but with a green mirror vine.

Thank God there aren't JEMs with maple fretboard and black dots!!!

Anyway, i love the desapearing pyramid inlays, specially the "glow in the dark" mode!
IBZ needs to make a new JEM with maple/pyramids combo!

Hey Pete, have you considered the RG550 with mapLe fretboard?
They have cheapo looking black dots but gonna rule!!!
They sounds very kewl and are almost 'close' to JEM specs.
