Just bought a 2nd hand universe - some questions

I picked up a Universe UV777 at the weekend, serial number dates it to 99, has a Lo-Pro bridge.

The case I was given has a black lining, and has a gold coloured plate which says "Ibanez Signature" on it. Is this the original case?

Also, it came with a trem unblocker. Where does this get installed? There are two long screws and two short screws in the bag with it.

Also, it came with a trem unblocker. Where does this get installed? There are two long screws and two short screws in the bag with it. -I think this gets installed at the back where your springs are. Iam not entirely sure.

I took the back off, and the only place that looked viable was to remove the spring cover, and use the holes from that to screw on the block, which leaves the rubber pads against the body. But this would still allow upbend, and I thought it was supposed to do the opposite.

Incidentally, I was comparing it to a new model, which obviously has the Edge Pro trem, but it also has two sunk stripes up the neck - when did they get introduced? And why isn't the Edge Pro on the trems page?
