The "Nessie" has landed!



I'm very pleased with it. The neck feels a bit thinner than the SK's I used to have (works better for me). It's in great condition and plays extremely well!



It came in padded Ibanez leather bag (I've never seen one of those ) from Japan, but the packers did a great job.





And like this wasn't enough, I got a Nuno4 solid padauk!!! Weighs a ton, but it RIPS!

Looks like I'll be spending all the spare time with these BadBoys !

It is! It's not mint, but pretty close to it. Some very small bumps - roughly 5 of them - but none that go through the lacquer, so... I got lucky!
This one is one of the over-seas ones, so it has the signature on the back-plate (it's obviously been kept off the guitar, because it's 100% scratch free).

I'll have to take some pics of the Nuno... It's a bit of mystery, though... No serial numbers anywhere, orginal Schaller... And it definately is a N4 padauk, not a stained one or something like that (checked the cavities etc. and it matches the photos I picked up from the net). No text on Bill Lawrence... But it has the patent numbers and the Stephens Extended Cutaway text...

Got a bit side-tracked here from the Jem ... I just can't decide which one I should play, but luckily holidays are coming - plenty of time then!

Funny thing, that it has all the warranty cards, adjusting keys etc., but comes in gig bag ... It's quality bag, though. Genuine leather, good paddings and "Ibanez" written in big green letters on it.

Were the cases with pyramid only available in the U.S markets, in the same way as the Jem 10th's, that have different cases for Europe, Japan and the States?

I've been toying with what to do with an alder Jem body and clean RG neck I have and a replica LNG might be a consideration. Hmmmmmm....
