Scarf joint, rosewood? Could only be an 04 and 04's are not TJC. First year TJC was 05', and also 5 piece. My bet, it's a Chibanez, I've seen several with a blurry TJC serial sticker.

The cosmo tuners look correct, and a good way to disguise. Then again it's always possible it's a replacement neck made in 05 to 04' spec, because 05 was also the year they widened the heel, which would explain the lack of truss holes. I never saw it but there's enough doubt I probably would have stayed away, like it seems other bidders have done.
