Looking for advice on a selling price for my Universe uv7bk

It's in near mint condition, and has the original strings still. (they look fine, thats how often I played it.) I also have the original case with that purple quilt liner, only the combo lock was pried off by someone before I got hold of it. Guitar is in mint condition though.

It's the black hardware model, looking to sell or trade it for Bass Amp/Cabinet so I just need some help determining a good selling price.

dont expect too much.i think its the most unwanted uv out there.then the black and green.but its a nice guitar.i like it a lot.its a 7 string rg550.(i know better)

all black UV's are pretty rare (the silver dot), but appeal mostly to people who think the universe is over the top in looks. I'd say you be looking at a price of about a normal BK, maybe slightly higher. Less than a pwh/gr and way less than an MC.

Basically, look at what used BK's go for. I had a silver dot BK and paid 900$ for it, but it wasn't in the best of conditions, had a gouge in the front of the guitar and a bit worn, otherwise very nice.

In the UK I'd expect about round the 7-800£ mark for a totally mint one, in the US I am not so sure.
