Looking for NEON green material for custom inlays
Does anyone know where I could buy some neon green material
for a custom 7string inlay? I'm looking into having my RG7620
neck redone with neon green
dot inlays
, but I don't
know what type of material I could use for such a project. The goal is
to create a similar UV neck I saw on this site some time ago.
If anyone could steer me in the right direction that would be great.
Thanks!

If you mean the type like on the UV7BK, then we can supply the dot inlays to you, ready to glue in. USD36 shipped for a bakers dozen.

Can you post a picture of the inlays so I can see how
fluorescent they are? I'm looking for a specific color to
match my headstock decal. Thanks!

Here's a pic of some vine pieces in the neon green I'm talking about. Don't have pics of the dots, but they would be the same color. Color is a bit out, you know how tricky it is to photo neons, but its the closest I can get it. Its the same color as the inlays on the FP, VBK, GMC style neck inlays, actually these inlays are for some replicas of those necks.

$36 USD is what you're charging for 12? If so I'll buy a set.
Let me know, and I'll wire the cash via paypal. Thanks!

Do they have a paint layer on the bottom? Could you show a picture of that?

Here's a pic of mine.
I can do dots too no problem. I'm going to have to check a price, but I'm guessing around $2 per dot.

Re: Looking for NEON green material for custom inlays
More or less... how much would it cost to send you a 7620 neck and have the dots replaced with green ones (parts/labor)? Can you use the same fretboard or would I need a whole new one?
And on the RG1527... I know the dot inlays are smaller but can you route the cavitys to fit the older style inlays?
Don't mean to hijack the thread... but while were on the subject

Do me a favor PM when you have a price. Cause I would love to change the dots on my current
Fede swirl
.
My
local luthier
is going to do the job so I guess I need to make sure the size is right before I decide to buy the dot inlay
