Maybe I missed this? - 97+ *JEM77FP

Did I miss this somewhere in the site, or do the JEM77FPs that were made after 97 feature the AANJ? *I thought I saw that mentioned somewhere, but I can't remember....just wondering, because if so, that will make my mind up between the 7DBK and the 77FP...thanks all!

1997

JEM7BSB - Burnt stained blue
JEM7VWH - White w/ vine
JEM77FP - Floral Pattern
JEM555 - JEM Jr
UV7 - All Black

Grade: C

Nice guitars, but as you can see there is nothing new or extraordinary here at all. Finally the Floral has the AANJ, but few will buy this guitar new. The un-Vai'ed '97 UV is totally overmatched by the cheaper & better RG7-620 and still lacks the pyramid inlays. Does Ibanez not understand the fact that UV buyers prefer the pyramid inlays on expensive guitars? Unfortunately the JEM10s are long gone which hurts this lineup.

Is this a misprint then?

There was an inhand player report that came from Canada (and substantiated by Chesbro) that the new (at the time) FP's were coming in with AANJ. That was probably written at that time. With a site this big you're bound to find a misnomer here and there.
