New look for my 77FP.

So, got some knobs and bobbing toppers. Green, for sure. Will have the bobbin toppers for as long as they last. Quite nice looking, though the mid pup doesn't look so good. Should have the whole cover in green. The pinks are quite faded but looks nice.

Very cool... where do you get the bobbin toppers from? and how much are they? I want them as bright as they get.

I've done nothing. They're the same as when I got this about 10 years ago. Guess they're OFR studs. Haven't had any reason to change them because there's no problems at all. And I don't care, btw. Ain't gonna sell this one. Ever, I guess

Well... I'd replace them, just in case.
Maybe it's just in my mind, but I guess the correct posts should work better with the trem they were designed for.

Really like the green look, however I think you need to get a green cap to take care of the middle pup instead of just a topper.

I think the toppers look cheesy. You can still see the original color under the guard.

Ive gotta say.............I like the green with the vine inlay. Not sure what to think of leaving the pink though, but as long as you like it, thats what counts!
By the way.............your other project there is kinda naked bro................get some strings on her

Yep. Gotta restring it. I took the neck off because I sanded it. Gotta get better pups there as well and get rid of the purple colour.

Get rid of the purple? Whats up with that? Thats what makes that one look awesome. Purple with white vine inlay. If anything, change the headstock color. But of course, thats just me. Ya gotta do what makes "you" happy
