Next swirl project.... - Get ready Darren...

So what do you do with an RG body of Mahogany w/ lace wood top that you got on ebay for 112 dollars??? SWIRL THE MOTHER!!!!

Mahogany tone with Evo's. Should sound killer. Either Purple and yellow or DNA - not sure yet...

What a sweet-looking body. It would be a REAL shame to do an opaque swirl over that gorgeous mahogany + lacewood... where on EARTH did you get it for $112?!#

How about a translucent red/black/yellow? You should really pre-stain that lacewood as well, to help the figuring jump out a bit.

Glen, thanks for the favor. *I can't believe the price. I am probably going to do an opaque swirl. I want the mahogany more for tone that looks. I am not a big trans swirl fan. I have a while to make up my mind. Darren is busy as can be...

Dave

Bob, hook onto ATD site and go to the friends like. There is a picture of Larry with his B&W...

Hello
Years ago I did a killer super rich black white and silver
I had the picture for ever here on my wall and when I put the pictures together for dave of course I could not find it . It was on a b.c. rich and the photo was the guitar sitting against this guy's harley but man was it sweet I may have to go on a total office rip apart search for it ,it was truely sweet
D.J./A.T.D.
P.S. The one I did for Larry was black and white and quite cool he's used it for years and still has it . But it was more subtle with alot of white with heavy accents of black kinda the zebra look .

Dave,

Do the DNA, but add blue in there and take out one of the other colors:swirl: *

Always wondered what the DNA would have looked like with some blue or purple in it. *Anyway, whatever you decide, I'm sure it'll be sweet.

That is strange. *'I'm selling this, but here is a picture of something else'. *What do people think when placing ads? *I emailed him. *He's selling an S style body with an RG picture. *Pathetic.

Got it. Can't believe how thick the lace wood is on this thing. The body is absolutely mint. Few scratches but the wood is perfect. Came with pots, input, covers and neck screws.

Has some good weight to it. Mahogany is the bomb. This should be the rythm guitar I have been looking for...
