NGD: couldn't resist a Miss Universe 2005 ;)

Shiny black hair, nice abalone white binding, great curves....

It gets better A few days ago I came across a totally mint UV777 '05. Had as good as always been in the case with every little accessory untouched for a really decent price. Although I far from deserve a 7th string, GAS was uncontrollable

On such shiny surface... greasy fingers are unavoidable hehe. A problem my DBK doens't have in any way, except for the same mirror pickguard.

The whole family, also gear after a serious downgrade of a rack. Keeping things a bit simpler for a while.

good deal man... now you'll need a 7VBK to complete the "mirror pickguard" set :P
... one of my friend is contemplating on selling his '01 UV777BK but he flips around from "I should really keep this" to "I need to sell this for a Jazzmaster" :P

Sexy guitar and sexy girl!

That tuned to standard? With 10's my 7 string edge pro doesn't want to setup perfectly unless it is down a halfstep. I may just order shorter springs from rich since I cant add more than 3 springs because they pop out without the little retainer on top. (my 6 doesn't have that problem with retainer off)

Btw how are the mirror pickgaurds? I haven't owned a mirror pg but I feel like id go crazy from prints, what is your opinion?

Cool... Very classy way to incorporate the nice lady & sweet UV together. Impressive, thumbs up to you and this thread.

thx guys

newbieguitarmaker: The mirror pickguards are not a big problem with fingerprints. To me, the shiny polished black finish of the UV777 shows prints easier.

I can't tell you what I expected to see when you opened the case.

It's goddamn amazing . I've had mine for 2 years now. I had a slight issue come up (wire came undone or something, I'm just not handy so I didnt wanna try fixing it). Tom at Atomic (the President of the company, yeah, he deals with customer service personally) gave me the address to drop the amp off to the guy who made it, had it fixed as new and ready for me in 3 days. And the sound...mmmmm. I will never buy another amp again, Atomic + POD XT ftw.

About the Atomic Amp: I only have it since a week, and the X3 since 3 week, so I didn't have the time to dig into it, but I got some nice tones pretty quick from the X3 trough my headphones the week before the Atomic. I was planning a doing a review after a while and post it in the Gear section.

Hey Shreddersymphony. Cool to hear you're happy about it. I'll send you a pm about it later if you don't mind.

Couldn't resist to give the pictures an extra pass in Photoshop

Hehe true ! if that ain't an excuse for the miss's... I always digged the looks of the 77vbk. Only thing it lacks to me is a bound neck, I really fancy that. But I prefer it above a VWH.
