Oh dear, i think i broke it HELP :os

Hi all.

I was just adjusting the bridge height on my 7vwh and im not going in to details about how, but i've managed to shatter one of the studs

. So i was wondering where in the UK i can get new one(s), preferably soonish. Can i get some direct from Head Stock?

well as the Alen key was in the stud ig got knocked and broke the side wall of the stud.

Okay. hate to hear that. Didnt the damage the body any when it broke did it??? Ive had studs snap in half (twice actuallY). SO I was wondering if it was the same issue. The shop you bought them from may be able to get the studs for you. Rich has them I beleive but hes in the us

I think the part number of what you need is 2LE2-B, the height adjusment bolt. I would think any Ibanez dealer could get them. I had to order 4 of them for a customer and they had them in stock. Though I am in the U.S. I assume the part number would be the same from your dealer too...

Al,Machinehead.co.uk just let em know what part it is,give em ya Creditcard no. and 1-2 days time you'll have a new shiney(or black) un on ya door ... £8 afore ye ask...

thx for the help guys, i asked machine head, they have non in at the mo but they should have some in tuesday. In the mean time i called percy priors where i got the jem from, explained the situation and they are posting me some new ones free of charge. Thanks percy Priors. Thx Jemsite ppl too for the help
