I went today to get some strings at guitar center with my boss who happens to be my room mate. Anyways we decided to just walk around and check some of the guitars out. And low and behold there she sits a mint condition 1988 FP. I was like wow its in great shape to bad I cant afford it same old story.. He says dude take a look at the price.. I was like wow $750 for a minty 1988 FP. He must of seen my heart drop cause I just cant afford it with surgery tommorrow.

We went home with me heart broken. I always wanted a floral print. So he says hes got to run to the store then we will go out for lunch. I say ok and go about my business worrying about my surgery tommorrow. He comes back and says here, ya owe me(payments)..

After 16 years of wanting a Jem I finally can put a end to a quest I never thought I would get.

Yes my roommate is cool, he is my best friend of 10 years(especially today LOL) and I have been working for him for 3 years now. He knew I was in the dumps with the surgery tommorrow an he also said he knew it was to good of a deal to pass up.
