Opinions on this rebuilt UV7PWH - Help! Only a couple days t

Okay guys, here's the deal:

I found a rebuilt 7PWH in a nearby GC for $299! It's got the original neck, nut (minus blocks) and tuners, with a couple of green blaze HBs, and a rebuilt body with stop tail... The body is a different shade of white, with volume, tone, a three-way switch and string through body bridge, but it seems well made and has the angle jack route on the bottom edge. The finish is dirty and messy, and probably due for a re-paint. The neck's in good shape.

I don't really want or need another 7-string, but for $299 I think I'd be nuts to pass on it... Should I grab it and part it out? Refinish it as a player? I'm at my ex's place visiting my daughter, so I won't be anywhere near it in two days... *Suggestions? Advice?

Sounds freaky! *Hey if you don't buy it, I would like to! I want only the neck for a back up UV project.
Peace

I've seen it in person a number of times. *How the hell did you find it *

Anyway, if you have any questions, let me know. *If I remember correctly, the body is definately not original. *The p/u's were green, but the neck was original. *The back of the neck was dirty as hell, but the frets and fingerboard were in pretty good shape.
