Paint code for 777DY

Anyone have an idea as to where I can get my hands on Dessert Yellow piant to
complete a Jem project? Is it more like Canary yellow or fluorescent yellow?

How many ounces do you think will cover the entire body and headstock with
a little left over? I'm not painting the guitar, rather my
local builder will be doing the job and I'll be supplying the paint. I'm assuming
that the trem cavity is fluorescent pink as well.
Can someone enlighten me on these two questions?

Yes, the trem cavity is yellow too. But the claws are pink...

hmm I used 4 or five bottels, I think they were 2 oz. each.

Make sure he sprays with a black light on or you wont get propper coverage.

got any pictures of the finished product? I would like to see how light/dark the paint actually was after the clearcoating. Thanks

looks incredible! Hope mine comes out as good as yours. What pups did you go with? H-S-H combo. I'm thinking about something other than evo's cause I already have them in another project guitar. I want to switch it up a bit.

Thanks, Thats real 77DY, it just needed a new paint job baddly. Its has one org PAF Pro and one repleacement PAF Pro.

Mine will be a custom from the ground up. Custom neck and body from two different vendors. Looking at a lo-pro trem and doing a green decal instead of black on the headstock. It will also have an AANJ instead and made of basswood. Have you tried Breeds before in a guitar?
