Patrick Sims does it again!!!

Hey All.............
Its been awhile since Ive posted............I just changed jobs, working for another company who thru some decent money on the table to come work for em. Point is.........the computers here are restricted, so I cant see pics, which makes it hard to be inspired to check out certain things. Anyway....... as most know, Patrick has been building a 7 string Jem for me. Well, about 2 weeks ago..............it arrived!!! Patrick emailed me links to cut & paste here for pics. I wont be able to tell if it works or not...............but here goes.....

Patrick went above & beyond on this one......so did Christopher Woods. I realize swirled pyramids are being offered up now, but this was the "very first" one!

The paint is amazing!!! These pics do no justice. The detail is incredible!!!

Evo in the bridge/Blaze in the middle/Dacctivator in the neck!!!

The clear coat is so deep & shiny that it literally looks like the swirls are wet and should be moving!!!

Patrick worked his butt off. I ordered this thing a couple weeks before his accident. He went thru 2 brain surgerys, recovery, migraines, insults, threats from impatience, frustration.................(not from me, but others)and he still turns out something like this! Wow!!! Ive said it before & Ill say it again...........Patrick? I love ya Bro!!! Im so glad ya have my RG7 to do a Sims DNA finish on it! I have some necks coming here real soon! I hope y'all are drooling over this b*tch, cause let me tell ya......................she sounds as bad *ss as she looks!!!
Laterz!......................~Ranz~

Re: Patrick Sims does it again!!!

OMFG!!! how much did that cost total? The only thing I would do is take the truss rod cover off, no need for it hiding any bit of that swirl..

Actualy..........I call her "GameBoy" LOL!!!
Thats because my kid walks around constantly with his GameBoy. Apparently, I do that with this axe.........because my wife called it "my" GameBoy. LOL

SaWEEET!!!

Nice work and congrats!

I like Sinister

Had to add: PYRAMIDS!!! WOOHOO!!! We need more pyraimds. I'm worried that if Ibanez changes the UV77 that we won't get pyramids again

Pat Sims OWNS. When I get my you know what together, I'm gonna have him strip down my RG350MDX and do it up LNG.

Dimarzio makes it. Its like an active pick up with out batteries. I wanted one in the neck position because I love that neck tone with a slight delay here & there during soloing. It just takes that tone and kicks it in the *ss!!
