thanks for checkin it out guys. the guitar hasn't really lost any of it's "tone" so to speak, other than the fact that I no longer have an EVO in the neck position. but the sustainer pickup doesn't sound bad at all, in fact it sounds great, just not quite as thick as an evo. but hey, I can now do things with the guitar that are essentially impossible with a stock jem. It was a really cool mod. I was a little nervous at first, but now I'm way glad I did it. Oh, we were playing in little rock at alltel arena after an arena football game.
