PMC Project
So a while back I come across a new old stock and unused PMC neck, and it sits and sits and sits in its' box until I finally decide to do something with it. I was originally considering doing a non-swirl, solid solor but figured I'd just take a chance and go for it....
It's still different than a PMC. I went with three colors and left out the 4th, which is yellow. My pet peeve is that so many of them have so much yellow in them that they should be called YMCs. The swirl was done by Herc and I'm thrilled with it as to me it looks ATD-ish. I am going to continue the variation from original by going with
chrome hardware
, pink pickups and purple knobs and switch tips. It will take me some time to get things together, but I will be sure to post updates with pics.

Re: PMC Project
Oh man.
That will be a nice looking guitar. *drools* Slap that neck on and get the hardware in there. I can't wait to see the finished product. Thanks for showing the preview.
What kind of pickups do plan installing?

Re: PMC Project
gorgeous guitar. I think that might even be better than the original PMC, as I hate all the yellow too.

Impressive looking swirl. I almost prefer that over some PMC swirls I have seen. Very nice. That's going to look awesome.

Re: PMC Project
That is awsome, I am seriously thinking about a pmc project myself at the moment. Can't decide between that and a Blackmachine (and possibly a tele, then there's the nice acoustic and PRS that I want as well)
