this guy was my teacher at musicains institute in hollywood i know he has at least 3 of the old jems with the big handle without the finger slots

so what are you trying to say here? There was two factory jem's with the large handle, the PBK and the rootbeer. Looks like a modified pbk in the picture.

Oh yeah, he was one of the teachers at the NGW this year. He has a pbk that is really ugly in my opinion. And he ruined it by putting stickers on it. Ah, i felt so bad for it when he was playing.
