quick response, brand new Ibanez FP neck in bangkok

Hi guys Im currently on holidays in Thailand. I am in Bangkok and visited the music district. It has 2 Ibanez shops opposite each other with almost every ibanez guitar ever made.

They are selling a brand new Ibanez jem FP neck for $350 AUS I want to buy it. Is it worth it ? It looks amazingly new and seems to be the real deal

any thoughts ? I think I will buy and and put it on my 1990 rg550 from will this fit ?

If the neck is real heck yeah it is worth it! be wary of good imitations though...

Isn't Thailand supposedly scam central for tourists lol? That sounds kind of fishy, unless you can call Ibanez and verify somehow that it's real I'd steer clear.

no need to worry about being scammed its the only official Ibanez dealership in Thailand and is linked to the Ibanez website. So I know its legite. Plus every Ibanez they stock is hangin on the wall and they are all the real deal....

dude im still in thailand on holidays, when I return i will post pictures of everything I bought, trust me it will be worth the wait......

but for a preview of the guitar I am buying check out the link.

keep in mind this guitar im buying is in brand new condition, so im over the moon, and apparently only 18 of these guitars exist and were signed by the artist for Ibanez

I just like lookin' at tons of Ibanez stuff...it's all so cool.

In most music stores, much of the Ibanez inventories are all co-mingled with any & everything else and rarely displayed in a complimentary way...Rich's site is one of the few exceptions.

you should see this ibanez guitar shop, its packed full of amazing ibanez guitars in the most disorganised way, its impossible to look and enjoy them, and the thai people bless their hearts like to hover around you like a fly. I just want to look in peace, but they just dont leave you alone.

I started to play with them , by stepping forward then back then forward and watch them keep up with me. ahahaha so funny !!!

Damn mate, I wish I had the time to find this place on my honeymoon last year. I actually had money to buy something if I found it. Go for it mate, that's an awesome price!

Take lots of pictures of the store and ask them if they're willing to sell to people in jemsite

I owned that paint at one time. Great guitar but I'm not a collector and it was just sitting around my house. I wanted to gig with it but couldn't bring myself to do it. I sold it to someone here but I can't remember who.

Great guitar. Enjoy it!!!
