SCAM!!!! my guitar and I did not sell!!!!!

I listed my Ibanez J custom 7CST on bay for ten day listing. It has ended 7 hours ago, reserve not met. I still have it and will rel-ist.

One of my friends gave me a phonecall minutes ago that my guitar is on german bay for sale!!!!

Someone did the same thing with a Les Paul I was selling, it sold but the second highest bidder emailed me saying it never sold and he could buy it if he wants. Hdad my pictures and everything.

I'm getting sick of these b*stards now. "Fine, larruping, electrical, lucky, Ibanez, instrument,etc. etc. etc." It was funny at first because I figured **** would just turf them, but now it's getting out of hand.

**** doesn't care less so long as they make money (wow there's some new news) and this just proves them for the scam merchants that they are themselves.

There was actually one of their reps on a news program over here recently and the guy that represented **** actually LOOKED evil, seriously! (you know when someone just has that glare?) and he was basically sticking up for **** and defending there actions, corrupt or not, and in the most ignorant way possible.

I hope that Ibanez sue the seller's arses for putting Ibanez labels on the guitars and I hope that they sue e bay for allowing these things to be sold.


Oh, and I also hope somebody gives them REAL competition, but I guess thats just a pipe dream at the moment.
