Second hand Jem, not surewhat it is?

Just picked up a scond hand JEM, its in excellent condition, but I`m not sure how to date or identify these things, its has the F followed by a 4 stamped on the back of the neck along with 5 other digits, I think its a 7Vwh of 1994, anywhere I can accurately date and identify these things?

I also have a lock on this thread, not sure what it is, I`ve been a member since 2006?

The F means Fujigen, so its Japanese (obviously) and the 4 means 1994. The other 5 are the production number.

The lads tell me its a 7VWH signiture, but it doesnt have a signiture on it???

7VWH is Vai's signature model, that doesnt mean it actually has his signature on it though.
