i've just ordered a new jem77vbk today, i couldn't resist, expected delivery on friday morning. yeeeeehahhh!! tell me i've made the right decision.. but she's gonna kill me when she sees the credit card statement..

anyways, wish me luck!! and expect some up close pix on friday..
ain't life a bitch..

I just got my 77VBK last week and it is a really nice guitar. Congratulations!!!
I don't think "I killed my husband because he bought this (Shows the beauty to the judge)" will justify it.

Do you have a way to pay it off quickly?
That is the only thing that seems to quench the coming firestorm.
Have an escape route planned as well, I speak from experience.

hmmmm, some good advise there, thnx.. i'm sure all will be fine really, (if i disappear from the jemsite you'll all know i got that wrong).. a few responses..

where from?? www.gak.co.uk they list £1488 but i talked them into a £53 discount, a free lead and delivery..

a dickie break?? LOL dickie break started years ago..

... and yeah i'm already listing stuff on the bay to finance the vbk, including a nearly new rg2550egk 2007.. it'll be up there tomorrow evening..

say its a fake one...and hide the credit card statement!and say your car is broken and the fix is very expensive...and more excusses you can find.or you say you only pickup a guitar..not a hooker!thats wrong!not a cute sweet litle guitar. she should be happy for you.good luck..i hope your death is worth it.

My Dad is a keyboard gasser. He can hide it among the others quite easily. I would just tell her "Oh this old thing" and give her a backrub.

I had an ex-husband that would spend our last pennies on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. I don't know, I don't have any fancy guitar equipment yet really, but I'm an advocate for not living beyond your means. Sooner or later you will have to pay the pied-piper.

I have learned this incurring a huge student loan debt I am trying to pay off. Unless the chick is really into guitars, that better be one hell of a backrub!!!
