Should I buy.... Jem 7bsb?

Ok I have a possibility to buy a un-molested 1998 Burnt stained blue jem with the Jem case in pretty good shape. The stain rubbed off the back by the belt buckle and a bit on the neck from playing. All for $1000.00 What do you all think? What is the consensus on this model? Fair price?

I am comming from 2 RG770s one with a edge (dident like) and a lo-pro and a bridge EVO pup (did like) so i figured with the lo pro would be great! I just dont really have the $$ unless I can sell my US Fender.......... asap Thanks

Well I think the IBZ resale is in the craper right now(imo)But I seen one sell a few months ago on the bay for right around $1100 or $1200 I think is what it was.I gave $950 for the one I have in 2005 but I really wanted one so maybe that was high. That was almost 3 years ago so I would say they have went up.It all comes down to how bad you want something as to how much you will pay for it.

I got more pics it is very worn, but I went and bought my old rg770 from a buddy. After 12 years he only played a few days broke the high e and it sat so she is minty fresh! 325.00 too so I am psyched! Oh it has a evo pup in it also

I'd go for it. I had my eyes set on a 7vwh until I played the 7bsb....probably the most underated jem imo.

Thats the one i had in mind when i posted about restaining it

btw, that one, being that cool blue would be simply AWESOME with abalone dots instead of the screwheads...
