Sting changes tone when bending another string.

I have just got a new Jem 7v and when I bend one string, the others get out of tune when bending. Is it like this on Floyd Rose guitars or is it something wrong?

Look at the tremolo while bending a string. You will notice the string pull causes the other strings to go flat. It's completely normal.

If you play open strings while bending, you can keep the tremolo steady by controlling the tremolo arm, or with some practice, using your palm to keep it in tune.

You can also increase the spring tension (add more springs or use higher tension springs) to lessen the effect to some degree.

Another option would be to get a Tremol-no so you can lock the bridge down when you really don't want the effect you're referring to.
