Stolen JEM777LNG #174

I honestly don't know if he has any paperwork or a photo. We are talking a 19 year old 25 years ago! As I said, I'd just like to find it, and maybe an angel bought it. Ha ha - you never know. I like to be optimistic. I really appreciate this community.

mine is 3xx so I can't help...

I can't believe how cheap the one sold for here the other day, I wish I didn't already have one because the price was great, could have got more at auction!

That's the key: provenance! I just was cleaning out my basement and was absolutely blown away by finding all my old receipts to all the guitars I bought back in the 1980s and the receipts were perfect because I probably looked at them once and put them in this plastic box that was sealed. I even had receipts for stupid stuff like strings, cables and straps. What was I thinking?

If he has some kind of paperwork still lying around that could be a big help for him. I hope you find it.

If not, maybe there's some other special Jem or other guitar you could buy for him that would help him forget?

Good try but the guy said 'I bought it in 1987 at Guzzardos music in Rockford ,Il .I am the only owner and it has never left my position.' Granted he could by lying, but ill keep a eye on various auction sites for you!
