Sustain Block
I have been looking around at these big
brass block
upgrades which are made for the original Edge trem and I was wondering if they would fit my 7vwh 98 which has Lo-Pro trem?
I cant post links yet, but they're kinda all over ****

Re: Sustain Block
I'm pretty sure the Edge and Lo-Pro have the same sustain block, so it should be fine.

Re: Sustain Block
I miss my RX-7
Anyone tried these blocks and is there an appreciable amount of sustain increase?

I have one on my flying v with a original floyd and it really does increase tone and sustain.

Re: Sustain Block
Could you be a bit more specific about the "increased tone"? Do you mean more midrange, more bass, what exactly?

Re: Sustain Block
Maybe he means like the edge of the tone, so I guess some treble/middy. Idk... my guess.
Also Rx7's are nice but rotary engines annoy me since I work on efficiency a lot and rotary engines just aren't efficient, they just have great high rpm's.

Re: Sustain Block
I've had good luck with mine. I've noticed increased stability. When I really whack the strings hard, it doesn't flutter as much. I think that is a "good thing".
