Swapping Bridges
I'm looking at buying a
JEM
soon so I just wanted to know if the new JEMs with the
Edge
Pro could be swapped with an original Edge or LoPro with no routes or if I should just go find an older one in good condition. Thanks, Matt.

Re: Swapping Bridges
nope, you would have to do some major routing,i suggest buying an older one in good condition.

Re: Swapping Bridges
It is not possible to swap an edge pro with an original edge without routing.
Besides locking studs is there anything else that makes you not want to stay with the edge pro?

Re: Swapping Bridges
even without the locking studs, en edge pro properly setup should not have any issues, mine has the regular non locking studs and I love it, it has no tuning issues and feels great

Re: Swapping Bridges
Thanks for the answers. Yea I know that if the Edge Pro is setup it will stay in tune I just tried out a new Jem and an old RG with the original Edge and I just liked the feel of the Edge better than the Pro.
