Swirl generator?

OK I searched and searched and can't find one. I'm looking for a virtual swirl generator that would allow me to experiment with different colors and get a rough idea what it will look like. Does such a thing exist?!?

The closest thing i've ever found is the "liquify" filter in Photoshop, but that's not automatic- you have to do the swirling

those examples in photoshop all would make an excellent looking swirl, i might print them out and cellotape them on
