check this out item number 270214713210.its origanly a 777sk had a herc fade swirl.the guy recons he paid £1950 for it and has a reserve on of £1600.think its worth it ??????

I would say that it's worth a lot more than a complete custom swirl, because it's an authentic Ibanez Jem with a new paint job, but I would only pay around $1200-$1500 in US dollars, which is what a normal SK goes for. The dude's price is completely insane.

Kev, Someone here in the UK paid over $2000 for a Fede PMC swirl awhile back and the body wasn't even a original, so that swirl will proboably hit $2000 easily. I also know people who have actually paid around $2500 to $3000 for a Fede GMC

It's the UK. The original Buy It Now for this certain guitar was $5000

i think it is too much...it isn;t original.but it is worth what some one paid for it.i like the originals but a remake could be nice to.i won't buy it if it is not a real one.i think the most people here thinks the same.but its al up to you.

As always with swirls: The greater the swirl, the greater the price.

Can'r argue about taste, but imo that's nice fede swirl.

i think its a awsome guitar.but that puts me off not being origanal,if it was a real 77pmc still dont recon its worth £1950.he recons he paid £1950 before he got it swirled hhhhmmm thinks not

I hate Fede swirls but I must say that that is the nicest one I've ever seen.
I almost don't believe it's his! me likes it a lot!

I like this guitar but my problem with Fede swirls is that they all look the same.

btw I paid $2,500 for my Ibanez RG that I bought on "greedbay". It's the swirl that sells not the guitar. If enough people like the swirl it will bring in the $$$

This guy offered me his guitar and he told me that`s how much he paid for it. Get this though, he wanted my 1987 all original 777 SK with palm rest AND my 1990 Jem 7PBK for it. He was serious too... Both my guitars are more valuable in comparison.
