Thanks for asking.
Actually i never accepted international orders, since i still do have a few language limitations.
(wouldn't be a limitation for us speaking portuguese though!)
Other than that, all that HORROR histories about Legacy 1, ChrisWoods and specially that smart guy called Patrick SIMs made me turn my talent to the opposite direction, if you know what i mean.
Working on someone axe is more than a piece of wood.
Swirling someone axe is a real tacky job, since you have to be very specif and mantain a very confident, very transparent comunication on the process.
Even swirling locally sounds like a hassle sometimes.
My idea was pre-swirl some bodies and send them to USA, so the buyer can see detailed pics, or so...
Here in Brazil we have some of the best woods on the world, but propably nobody know them.
The brazilian mahogany is very ultra nice, but there's other options too, like:
cedro rosa,
marupá,
freijó,
jatobá
muracatiaia,
jacarandá da Bahia,
pau-ferro,
Marfim,
just to name a few.
But nobody wants to buy a 'un-traditional' wood.
I'm saing this, since sending your body to São Paulo to be swirled can be pricey.
Shipping from here to anywhere is ULTRA OVERPRICED!
Maybe 200 USD on the shipping alone! (Via FEDEX or UPS).
So, i'm still swirling locally and soon i'll gonna update some pix of the latest projects.
Keep in mind swirling is still a hobby and the whole process don't worth finacially.
Since you're in europe, i'd suggest you sending your guitar to my bigbuddy AL (allofthisswirled), from UK!
Cheers,
Willian Tubarão.
