A couple of pages back I mentioned the two-barred Egde JEM.
I think it'd be good in that you'd be able to do pedal licks that used bending without messing up the other strings. However this'd only work if you were only using the two different halves of the trem to do these pedal licks :-/
Though I do do the whole "Open string drone" thing a lot so I guess it's not a completely wasted concept...

But still if it were to be the two barred Edge it wouldn't really make sense, as there isn't really a large market for it, cos I'm fairly sure there's almost no way to use it well!

OK, let me end the speculation and say, there will not be anything different about the trem system. If there's anything "revolutionary" I can't see it, and seriously doubt it's on this model.
