Re: torn between two jems

Sims UK? There's no one in the US doing vine inlays? I remember a couple years back, someone had a 7DBK with a chrome vine. I think it was done by Jeremy at LGM, are they still around? I don't see them as a sponsor anymore.

You never know what you'll pay if you look. I recently got an '01 VWH for $1150, and it was dead mint, with all the case candy in a minty case. Once I replaced the horrible stock pickups it was (and is) an absolute joy to play. I wouldn't trade my VWH for any J-Custom, Anderson, Suhr, PRS or anything else. Well....maybe a Benedetto Manhattan It is one of the best guitars I've ever had, and I've had hundreds of guitars and played tens of thousands.

Oh there are, but you get what you pay for. Remember Martin is the one that did Vai's original. (not that, that matters) He'll do ya the vine for 275 or so p, approx $ 500

I now shutup

Congrats on your vwh rob

Oh...I was supposed to shutup

Jeremy paints gas tanks on Harleys now, he's completely out of the guitar business.

Jim, what'd you replace those Evos with? I've always thought it'd be strange to replace the pickups on the VWH because of the gold pole pieces, etc. I can't say I like the Evolutions, but I just make a separate preset for them and I'm good to go.
