torn between two jems

afternoon folks.im buying a new jem soon,theres many to choose from,ive narrowed it down to 2,the 7brmr (bad horsie)or 7vwh..there both great guitars but if you had the choice which one would you choose.ive never played either so a bit feedback and advice would help me out alot.cheers rob

I'm just going to say that since I got my Brmr, I rarely pic up my Vwh anymore! The Breeds rule!!!

One other thing to note is that the Brmr is discontinued

Heck does it matter?? At some point you'll probably end up getting both anyways

I'd say get the 7VWH by looks alone. I personally never liked the sound of the breeds because my ears always tell me they sound muffled but that's just me. The other reason why I picked the white one over the horsie is because I'm biased about chrome finishes and their maintenance as far as cleaning them, etc.

They're two different sounding and playing guitars. We'd need to know what your style is like and what kind of sound you're going for.

its ok for you american lads jems are fair priced over there,especially pre-owned jems.over here its a different ball game.(example) brand new 7vwh here in the uk £1400-£1700 thats roughly $2800-$3400 theres one for sale in the town where i live £1740(sounds live necastle)..7brmr (bad horsie) £1300 $2600.the above guitars second hand £1000 a peice $2000

OUCH!! Certainly didn't mean to offend, just pointing out that GAS is an addiction ( at least for me ) - you get a fix for that short time after you get that new guitar, then the newness wears off and you just have to have another.

no probs mate no offence taken no worrys.was just pointing out the price of jems here in the uk.it would be cheaper for me to book a flight to america.but theres a big charge £300($600) to bring the guitar back.(cant win)
