Twins! 7DT is a sucker for UV's

Well, i wasn't playing my 540s7, so traded it plus cash for this beaty in the pictures below! I'm actually apprehensive of gigging it, as it is pretty much close to untouched condition, even the neck feels brand new, plus the trem, well, not ever seen so little wear before!

From the guy who sold me the pwh:

But, the fun thing is that both are 90's, and both have the edge (not lo pro) trems on them! Result!

I am well happy, and it means I can start to inflict some evil on the stage designated pwh

I hate you....A lot

Hehe. I love how all PWH's have that faded yellowy white look.
The twin doesn't look too abused!

Enjoy

Hahahaha, well, there's a pretty nasty gouge in the bottom of it, the back has seen better days, and the front has loads of slight indentations on it, it's not as abused as some I've seen, but in comparison to the new one it's definately apparent!

ANd yeah, I love the fact they do the "aged strat" thing and go slightly yellowy, it's awesome and give it that vintage look (well, they're almost 20 years old now, so I don't know at what point guitars become vintage, but this is pretty much on it's way!)

The only issue (and some people will laugh about this) is that it is almost too mint, and I am just a bit apprehensive of playing it, as I normally just toss my guitars around live and whilst rehearsing, and it'd be a shame to have an accident with it :/

Very nice.
I believe that model is the most undervalued of them all - those are good investments as well as great playing guitars.

Very nice!!!
The white was the very first 7 I seen in person back when the NAMM show was in Seattle. Other then an original MC, a white one is my ultimate quest right now. Hopin year end bonus will afford me one.
Congrats on your collection brother

Very strange really, as they are the ones that aren't too over the top, but have cool inlays and have that awesome almost aged strat vibe to them. This is the cleanest one I've actually ever seen in person, so I am very pleased!

The white ones are very nice, probably my favorite one. The only MC I'd like is one with black being the dominant colour, but they are just way out of my price range really, and finding the right one and being picky just makes it worse!

The new one looks really great.

Somehow I don't think I'll be gigging it, I know what I am like, and it'll just end up battle scarred, which would be a shame, so I think it's going to be a studio guitar untill it gets a scar, at which point it'll be fair game, but then again, the other pwh is the live guitar along with the BK I have (which has some horrendous scars )

Re: Twins! 7DT is a sucker for UV's

I remember having 2 PWHs (both 1991s) and I miss having 2. I had to sell one because I was in sort of a pinch.

Nice score though, James. That's a real nice one.
