I believe it's a reissue. The Jem NC7. Nacho Cheese. Same specs as the Giger.

Maybe it one of those "rare USA models" LMAO Seriously they call those " Chibanez Horrendous Excrement Models " or CHEMs. Better know as the Super Diarrhea guitar and very popular among the deaf ,dumb, blind, and tasteless. Quite a value if you have an IQ score under 50 and like playing with ones own feces.
