Universal Jems?

Has anyone does business with universal jems? I just placed an order for some things and am kinda confused about the process of their ordering.. it processed my order and had nowhere to specify certain things like colors and such for the items i bought, yet it said they were going to be shipped.... anyone?

I have, Brian is awesome with customer care, email him with your order number if you have any doubts or questions.....my only negative with that site is that my chrome knobs and tip came about 5 months (or something like that) late, but that wasent brian's fault.

I've ordered a few bits from brian as well, as sabu said, e-mail him quoting order referance and he'll sort it. He's a really nice bloke and I can't fault him at all on customer service.

...just be prepared to wait forever to get them :/

Just to echo what everyone else has said. Brian is a very helpful guy. I have dealt with him a couple of times and he has always sorted me out, even on some custom stuff.

I've had a couple of dealings with Brian too. He's as good, if not better than anybody else out there. If you have to wait for your parts it's probably because he's waiting for the manufacturer to deliver to him.

I don't know how much stock he keeps onhand...it's very difficult for a small-business owner to make a profit if they have a ton of stock.

I have been wanting to Chrome my DBK. What is the URL to his site?

ALso I have another DBK that has not been touched, played or seen daylight. It came to me 2 years ago straight from the factory in the Ibanez Box. ( its an 01 model I think)

Anyway unboxed it and put it in a new 1000UV case and put it a climate control storage facility and forgot about it (not really forgot).

I am wondering if I should sell it (how much ?) and I am debating if I should sell it and put the money toward the Rock mirror Jem. (Or feed my children) :P

just to agree with everyone else... you cant find cheaper parts online or better quality of service then at Universal jems... pitty he wont ship dimarzio buckers internationally
